“Eileen, sign it,” he urged again, nipping gently at her shoulder. The mix of pain and a tickling sensation resonated deep within her.
As Bryan took her hand, Eileen could only watch helplessly as her fingerprint was pressed onto the document.
He suggested, “Sweetheart, let me help you sign your name. You have such lovely handwriting.”
The entire process took less than thirty seconds, and afterward, Eileen felt completely overwhelmed by his affection.
Three hours later, close to midnight, he escorted her back to her room.
It wasn’t until the next morning that Eileen woke up and recalled the events of the previous night. She silently berated herself for allowing him to sweet-talk her into signing the document, as though she were a girl asking for a handbag as a token of affection. To get her to take over shares in the EB Group, he had even resorted to seduction. And she had fallen for it.
“Good morning, Ms. CEO,” Bryan said cheerily as he woke, his head nestled in her neck.
Eileen pushed his head away irritably. “Your hair is scratchy. You know what you did last night. Stop bothering me!”
“That’s not fair,” Bryan protested, a wounded look on his face. “I’ve given you everything. You can’t just change how you treat me after receiving it all.”
Eileen was taken aback by his shamelessness.
“Dada!” Gabriela woke up and crawled over to Bryan, pressing down on his head with both hands and gazing at them.

Bryan instantly brightened, lifting her up. “Did she just call me Dada?”
“If you’re counting her baby talk, she said ‘Mama’ when she was three months old,” Eileen replied, picking up Gabriela. “Come on, sweetie, let’s get you ready.”
Today was Saturday, and Eileen only had an evening banquet to attend.
Although Bryan had been looking after Gabriela for the past few days, Gabriela still preferred Eileen’s company. Eileen spent the morning with Gabriela, delighting her so much that she didn’t want to be with Bryan anymore.
Having had a great time the previous night, Bryan was in a cheerful mood and catered to their needs.
In the afternoon, Bryan took the signed share transfer agreement and handed it to a lawyer. The lawyer proceeded with the necessary formalities, and in less than three days, the EB Group would officially be under Eileen’s name.
“Eileen, Ruby just told me that she and Josue will visit us tomorrow at noon,” Ruby relayed to Eileen as soon as she received the message from Bailee.
Eileen quickly replied, “Let’s pick up some groceries tomorrow morning to prepare her favorite meals.”
