could easily sway her. Unlike their daughter Yvette, who adamantly refused to marry Hubert.
Hubert, who was slightly older, was known for his flirtatious nature. However, with the Macintosh
family’s wealth, marrying him promised a life of prosperity.
Wynter and Fanny walked ahead. Yarra attempted to stop them, but she was powerless to do so.

years.
