An Ruo propped herself up, frowning in deep thought.
The man outside heard no response and said to himself: “An Ruo, I’m coming in.”
He opened the door and saw her sitting on the bed, staring blankly.
“An Ruo, what’s wrong?” He approached her with concern, sitting in front of her and asked worriedly.
An Ruo stared at him, suddenly pointing at his mask and asked: “Why are you wearing this thing?”
Xingtian was taken aback, “Do you want to see my face?”
“Hmm.” An Ruo nodded, “You must look good; why wear it? Can’t the other half of your face be seen?”
Xingtian shook his head: “No.”
“Then why wear it?”
“For convenience.”
She didn’t understand what he meant, but Xingtian held her hand and smiled: “If you want to see it, I’ll take it off for you. Do you want to see?”
An Ruo’s thoughts drifted as she recalled the incomplete sentence from the dream.
Absent-mindedly, she nodded: “Hmm, want to see.”
“Alright, you take it off yourself and see.” He seriously said, and An Ruo suddenly snapped back, her attention fully shifted to his face.
