Rumors circulated that Otto held the most power in the Sky Hotel. Aside from the hotel owner and the Jeff Enterprise’s board, he called all the shots–even to the point of deciding everything.

No one took Leander seriously. To them, he was bluffing–trying to save his reputation. Even if he was intelligent, there was no way he had real power.
Victor’s sneer deepened. Otto could only be fired by the hotel’s general manager, a representative of Jeff Enterprise. There was no way Leander, a high school dropout, could possibly fit that bill.
Leander remained still. He quietly sipped his wine as Otto made the countdown, reaching for his phone to call security.
Then, footsteps were heard.
Otto was shocked to see the hotel’s general manager walking in with urgency. The hotel had been running smoothly now, so the general manager rarely showed up in person unless there was something important.
“Mr. Coppell, what brings you here?” Otto forced a grin and rushed to meet him.
