Upon hearing the sound of the door opening, the three people in the living hall raised their heads and looked over.

Since Stefan was the eldest, Lila greeted him first. “Granduncle Stefan, good afternoon.”

Faith nodded at Lila. “Good afternoon, you can just call me Faith. If you don’t mind, I’ll address you by your name as well. Is that alright?”

Before Lila could respond, Stefan said, “You’re from the same generation. What’s wrong with addressing each other by your names?”

She nodded lightly. “Ms. Moore, just address me however you like.”

“How can this career benefit Kieran?” Stefan asked calmly.

“Uncle Stefan, that’s wrong.” Nicole frowned. “It’s great that she has her own hobbies and interests as long as she likes them. There’s no need for them to benefit Kieran.
