She was questioning him, wanting to hear his reasoning.

An Ruo scoffed, “You can have children with Lan Keren, as many as you want. There’s no need to fight with me for Kangkang!”
“Ke Ren and I will not have children.”
She was taken aback, angrily questioning him.
