I Won’t Let You Be Alone
She only noticed something was wrong with him after three days of being in a daze.

After drinking, she requested to see Lan Keren, wanting to speak with her alone.
Tang Yuchen was unwilling to leave her even for a minute now, reluctant to part. But after much pleading, he had no choice but to reluctantly leave her to Lan Keren.
He even forcefully stated that they only had ten minutes to talk.
An Ruo agreed with a smile, and to reassure him, she proactively kissed his lips. The man, after tasting sweetness, had a slightly better expression when he left the room.
Lan Keren entered the bedroom, asking how she was feeling and assuring her not to worry, since William had new research, and they’d soon figure out a way to save her life.
An Ruo was no longer concerned about her life or death; besides, she had only a few days left. She didn’t believe they could develop a cure in time.
“Ke Ren, has Tang Yuchen not rested these past few days?” she asked.
Lan Keren didn’t want her to worry, but Tang Yuchen’s condition indeed looked bleak.
“Mm, he has barely rested these days, hardly even eaten anything. If he continues like this, it may endanger his life.”
An Ruo understood that if Tang Yuchen continued down this path, sudden death was a real possibility.
“Can you cook some porridge for me?” she looked up and said to her.

An Ruo leaned against him, smiling, “It’s a secret between women.”
The man amusingly kissed her forehead, suddenly comforting her, “Sweetheart, don’t be afraid, I will always be with you, I won’t leave you alone.”
He intended to accompany her to death.
In fact, he would live a few days longer than she, but he planned to end his life when she died.
An Ruo’s eyes reddened, her long lashes drooping as two tears quietly fell.
