Kylee said, “I can tell you’re eager to transfer your father to Dr. Ortiz’s care. But honestly, this isn’t a simple matter to handle. Think about it. Dr. Ortiz is the department head. If he steps in and takes a patient away from one of his doctors, it’ll cause a lot of gossip and tension. Your best bet is to focus on convincing Dr. Wright. If she agrees to the transfer, everything can be resolved smoothly.”
