Ten minutes later, they set off and reached the Dawson Mansion within half an hour.
To their surprise, they found Brandon and Lydia there, along with Jarred and a group of servants outside the house.
When Jarred spotted Bryan, he rushed over. “Bryan, Mrs. Dawson needs your help! As soon as Brandon got here, he demanded that your family management be taken from her. He’s even after the family genealogy to gather your clan’s elders for a vote. He wants to strip your grandmother of her management rights and transfer them to Lydia!”
A cold light flashed in Bryan’s eyes upon hearing this.
The house’s door was locked from the inside, and the solid wooden door was too heavy to be forced open.
Eileen turned around, retrieved a hammer from the car, and handed it to Bryan. “Break the window and get in.”
Bryan grasped the hammer and made his way to the living room’s floor-to-ceiling window. With a swing, the double-layered glass shattered into countless cracks, webbing across the entire pane.
He then threw a stone, shattering the outer layer of glass, and repeated the method to break the inner layer.
Within seconds, they all stepped over the broken glass into the house, only to find the living room empty.
Jarred pointed toward Stella’s bedroom. “She was taken there to search for the family’s token!”
Bryan marched to the bedroom door and kicked it open effortlessly.

The intrusion startled everyone inside, and the chaos in the room sent a chill through Eileen.
Clothes and assorted items were strewn across the floor, some hung on the walls, displayed in cabinets, or scattered in disarray.
The closet doors stood ajar, the bedside cabinet was overturned, and Stella sat in a chair, her face ashen.
Her eyes flickered with emotion only when they burst through the door. “Bryan, Eileen…”
Bryan’s fury flared like that of a wrathful lion, his jaw clenching as he stepped toward Brandon.
