996 Wynter Hears About the Whereabouts
There were no surveillance cameras in this era, so Wynter could move around easily without worrying about getting caught on camera.

One of the soldiers nodded and proceeded to inform Elwood, who was dancing. Agitated by the soldier’s interruption, General Elwood slapped him.
