Grant sneered and then retold the story of the Delgado siblings gambling with both families’ assets—carefully leaving out any mention of Thea’s involvement. The fear hit the Delgado couple so hard that they dropped to their knees in a desperate plea.
“I’ll have them come apologize right away—please punish them all you want until you’re satisfied,” Jorge said, already pulling out his phone to call his son and daughter.

“The voices… They sound like Kole and Cassie…” Alita stepped forward, her pulse pounding, and snatched the phone out of her husband’s clenched hands.
