“No!” Rosie shrieked, her frustration boiling over. “I would rather rot in prison than apologize to Brenna! Why should I apologize to her? What has she ever done to deserve my apology? Our plan was flawless! It was supposed to work! How did it all fall apart?”
Rosie refused to accept this, her tears falling as defiance burned in her eyes.
