Amber s face turned ghostly pale as she stared at Jocelyn who looked more like a monster than a person She was absolutely terrified
Jocelyn sneered, “But it doesn’t matter, because today, I finally get my revenge! I’m going to make all of you die, Amber! You know what? Even God is on my side. Look at this rain–it’s going to pour for three days and three nights! I dug a big pit just for you. Come on, let’s go see it.”
With a scream Amber was shoved into the pit crashing hard on to the ground Her whole body twisted in pain tears streaming down her face
She looked up at the pit, five or six meters deep, rain pouring down, the muddy ground getting slick, and water starting to pool at the bottom.
Jocelyn do you know you re committing a crime here Let me out now Amber screamed her voice echoing in the pit
Jocelyn burst out laughing Crime I never planned on surviving anyway so why would I care about breaking the law As long as I can take you all down with me that s all I want And don t worry there s still someone else coming to keep you company
Jocelyn thought to herself Winifred turned me into a lunatic Let s see if she dares to show up today
When Winifred saw the news about Amber being kidnapped, she immediately set out for the location. [Winifred, this is the price you pay for tormenting me. You have half an hour–if you don’t show up , I’ll kill her.] The message from Jocelyn chilled her to the bone.
She never imagined Amber would be kidnapped because of her. If anything bad happened to Amber, her conscience would never be at peace.
With that thought Winifred pressed down harder on the accelerator racing toward the mountain
She knows a bit of combat skills so when she gets here all of you attack her at once Jocelyn ordered her men
Jocelyn glanced at the time Winifred was almost there She firmly believed that with so many of her people lying in ambush there was no way Winifred was getting up that mountain in one piece
But to Jocelyn s surprise Winifred made it up the mountain much faster than she d expected Still Jocelyn thought to herself She sure didn t get away unscathed
After all Jocelyn had set up all kinds of traps even bear traps Watching Winifred limp her way up Jocelyn sneered inwardly She must ve really suffered on the way here
Jocelyn I m the one who came after you if you ve got a problem take it out on me let her go Winifred said her tone cold and unyielding
Winifred weren t you all cocky before Come on show me that attitude now Jocelyn taunted
But before Jocelyn could finish one of her men suddenly collapsed to the ground Jocelyn s eyes went wide with terror Winifred actually had a gun
I ve got every reason to be cocky You re just a two bit clown Jocelyn what are you so proud of Where is she Spit it out or I ll send you straight to hell Winifred threatened her voice icy cold
“You.” Jocelyn barely got a word out before her kneecap was smashed, and she let out a scream. She stared at Winifred like she was looking at the devil himself, shaking like a leaf, unable to stop herself from trembling in terror.
Don t kill me okay I ll tell you I ll tell you where she is Just follow me Jocelyn stammered her voice quivering
Hurry up ! ” Winifred snapped.
Jocelyn , dragging her injured leg lod Winifred to the edge of the pit. But just as they got there, Jocelyn suddenly threw herself at Winifred , shaving her Straight into the pit without a second thought.

Winifred gripped her gun tight and just before she went over the edge she fired shooting Jocelyn in the stomach both legs and feet Jocelyn collapsed to the ground like a pile of mud and Winifred fell into the pit right after her
