“Sweetheart, Daddy’s here to see you,” Henry said, his heart twisting as he saw how worn out and frail his daughter looked. He’d always spoiled her, and seeing her like this just broke him inside.
“Dad, please, get me out of here! I can’t take another day! They’re torturing me every day. Please, go talk to my grandpa, beg him to save me, please!” Sheryl sobbed, her voice shaking with desperation.
Sheryl started whining the moment she saw him, but before Henry could even get a word in; time was up. The guards
dragged her away.
Henry stormed out of the prison, slamming his fist into the wall in frustration.
Money! Damn it, it’s always about money!‘ Henry cursed inwardly, his mind boiling with rage.
‘Sienna, you destroyed my family. If we go down, I’ll make sure your family burns with us.‘
Suddenly, an idea struck him.
‘You sent your father to a mental hospital. Just wait. I’ll make sure everyone turns on you and calls you the most heartless daughter out there,‘ Henry thought viciously.
‘I’m going to make you pay back ten times over for what you’ve done.‘
Aiden was shocked when Henry appeared. “Mr. Winslow? What brings you here?”
When Henry saw how gaunt and sickly Aiden looked, he grew even more certain he could stir up a storm of online hate against Sienna.
“Mr. Hart, long time no see. Looks like life hasn’t been treating you well here. What if I told you… I’ve got a deal you might like?” Henry said, sizing him up.

Aiden listened quietly, his eyes full of struggle and hesitation. Henry continued to coax him, “Mr. Hart, I really feel for you. The Hart Corporation bears your name, doesn’t it? You’re the rightful head of the family shots. Or is it really like the rumors say, that you’re too scared to stand up to her?”
“Of course not! I’m her father. No matter what, she has to listen to me,” Aiden replied, his tone firm and certain.

“I see,” Henry responded.
Fueled by pride, Aiden agreed to Henry’s proposal. But after Henry left, a deep sense of unease crept in. ‘Sienna Hart is ruthless. If she finds out I’m collaborating with outsiders to expose her, she definitely won’t let me off easy, he thought.
But then he shook his head. ‘No matter how ruthless she is, she wouldn’t actually hurt her own father. Would she?
If this worked, with all the pressure from public opinion, Sienna would have no choice but to release him, and he might even take back control of Hart Corporation.
At the very least, he wouldn’t have to come back to this mental hospital and suffer anymore. He wouldn’t have to keep living like this.

Sienna waved her hand. “No need. If he wants Aiden to do an interview, let him have his wish. Send Aiden a letter later.”

As Sienna was about to leave work and get into her car, Wayne walked over. “Sienna, it’s me.”
