Steven took a deep breath and said, “If she’s really focused on the profit share, then no matter how high we raise the price for buying the rights, she won’t sell.”
Darren agreed. “That’s right. After all, Huxham Corporation is confident of her work. She could have endless, limitless benefits if they took over all her copyrights and developed them.” Steven didn’t want to miss the chance to connect with Annalise. “So what should I do in this situation?”
Darren replied, “It’s simple. You can either collaborate with Huxham Corporation to jointly develop Annalise’s copyrights or have the company nurture its own comic authors.” However, Steven wasn’t really interested in comics; he just wanted an opportunity to get closer to Annalise. “Are there any other options?” he asked. “Yes.”
