When Shane heard the notification, he checked his phone only to see a text from Sasha. After reading the text, he could almost instantly guess what Sasha planned to do.
Shane couldn’t believe what he saw. He asked, “Do you plan to make money off what Zane taught you?” Sasha replied nonchalantly, “Yeah. It’s a good opportunity to make money, so why not?”
Shane was baffled. Meanwhile, everyone else in the group chat questioned Sasha.
“We all know that you tried to hit on Zane, but he rejected you.”
“Even if he decided to be generous and mentor other people, he would never mentor you.”
But Sasha wasn’t angered by their remarks. She replied, “When Zane mentored me, Shane was there,
too. Even if you don’t believe in me, shouldn’t you believe in him?”
Everyone knew that Sasha and Shane had a huge fight, and they thought Shane would never cover up for Sasha. They all began to ask Shane to testify if Sasha was lying.
With that, Shane’s expression fell. He took a deep breath before replying, “What she said was true.” “You should all be aware of how successful Zane Huxham’s business is,” Sasha wrote.
Since Sasha had set her mind on starting her business, she needed to tell everyone how successful Zane was, highlighting the value of the secrets to his success. That way, she could put a high price tag on the knowledge she learned from Zane.
Sasha added, “You don’t have to master everything he teaches, but even the smallest tip from him will benefit you for life. You should really consider it-do you want to learn it from me or not? It’s all up to you; I won’t force you.”
Then, Sasha continued, “Even if you don’t, I’m sure plenty out there are interested. I’m only telling you this because we used to be friends.”
With Shane’s testimony, everyone became interested. After all, they witnessed Zane’s success. But they all knew Sasha had never been a generous person.
Somebody asked, “Are you going to teach us for free?”
“Of course not’ll charge a fee. If you’re willing to learn, send me the money, and we can pick a place to meet tomorrow. Those who paid can join the class, and I will tell you everything I know,” Sasha replied.
After that, silence fell in the group chat.
Immediately, Shane mocked, “See? Nobody’s willing to pay to learn from you.”
Sasha turned to look at Shane. Then, she slowly raised her phone and pointed it toward Shane. Shane was surprised to see that several people began to inquire about the fee.
