Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by his Brother Chapter 338

Chapter 338

~Luis’s Point Of View~
Those filthy rats had actually thought they could corner me. ME?! Big Daddy Luis?! I was far beyond what their puny minds could comprehend. With the exception of my baby, Maria José. Oh, soon she would understand that I am the only person for her.
Soon, she would understand that she was carrying my child. Our child.
I watched with amusement as that bloody witch tried attacking me with the power of a thousand ancients, as she had called it. Although, I must admit, I did feel a strange potency coming from that orb in her hands, so it must indeed have been something quite terrifying. However, I could disappear and reappear whenever I wanted to. So, what was the use?
I even purposely acted like I was worried, and watched hope form in that fool’s eyes. Oh, how much I hated Axel. I hated him for getting cozy with my thing, I hated him for acting like his love for Maria José was stronger than what I felt for her.
I was going to enjoy killing him. However, even that wouldn’t be able to satisfy my deep hatred for the bastard. No, I needed to make him suffer first. To break him, physically and mentally. Only when he was reduced to nothing but a drooling fool would I be satisfied.
Maybe, just maybe, I’d get a wheelchair and cripple him forever. Then, I’d regale him with tales of how I mercilessly fucked Maria José, day in day out!
That would certainly be a lovely sight! Read complete versıon only at.net
“It’s only right that I give him a taste of his own medicine.” I laughed cruelly at the future I had in store for Maria José’s temporary husband.
As I passed through the ether, I ended the teleportation and jumped out to a safe location. Or… that was what I had intended.
My heart stirred as I felt a sudden shift in my environment. At first, I wondered if that damned witch had somehow managed to interrupt my powers, but then, I felt the scorching heat, the strong smell of sulfur, and the distant cries of agony.
My head buzzed, and when I looked around, I confirmed it. I was back in hell.
The condemned land stretched farther than I could perceive. The souls being tortured seemed endless, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of dread. A bad premonition washed over me.
Perhaps I had been too hasty.
And in the next moment, the scenery changed once more. I was forcefully teleported to another place. It was a temple this time, grand and gloomy, with gigantic pillars erected in a circular manner around the atrium.
That overwhelming sense of dread washed over me, and I found breathing difficult. I had grown stronger than someone who needed such measly concepts like breathing to survive, but in the presence of my master, my entire being was riddled with weaknesses. Vulnerabilities.
I was laid bare before him.
My knees buckled before I could take a step. I fell to the cold floor of the temple with a plop.
“I can’t feel my legs I groaned, realizing that the sensation from my waist below was gone.
“Luis.” My master’s voice called to me, majestic and capable of halting the sun, moon and stars. I shivered under its intensity, resisting the urge to break down in tears.
“You have failed me.” He said again.
I swallowed hard. I had gotten too carried away and ended up getting discovered. My plan to wipe Maria José’s memory was disrupted by that damned witch. And now, I was going to suffer.
I tried to beg, to plead for mercy, but I had no voice.
That was when I realized I had been reverted to the state I was before my master approached me with the enticement of power.
He appeared before me, not in his human form, nor true form. Rather, he appeared as a curtain of darkness that was ever so shifty and malicious. The “hem” of the curtain flapped before me, and my forehead was quickly lined in sweat.
“You are nothing. Luis.” He said, his tone tearing into my very being. It was agonizing. It was humiliating.
“From the lump of flesh you were, I offered you a chance to be something greater. I gave you a chance to rise above everything. But, you let your impatience consume you, and now, Maria José and Axel are aware that you have been having your way with her.”
He disappeared from his spot, and I could feel his presence behind me now.
“Do you understand what this means, Luis?”
I did. I did. I wanted to beg for mercy, but I was helpless. I was useless. Reduced to my previous self.
He spoke again, “It means that they can begin to have suspicions about the true father of the baby inside her. And what do you think will happen then?”
He laughed now, his great voice reverberating throughout the grand temple. The gigantic pillars shook and trembled before his might. I was in awe. When would I ever attain such power?
Probably never, since I had messed things up again. How could I be so foolish?
At that moment, my master spoke again, and my heart sank at the words he said.
“Whip him.”
My pupils narrowed, but I could do nothing in protest. Except lie down there like the useless thing I was.
I saw two goat-like figures manifest on my left and right sides. They were clad in infernal armor, and they held razor-sharp whips that sizzled with the wrath of my master.
I swallowed.
The first lash came, cruel and agonizing, and I almost died. No, I did die! But, due to my master’s power, I returned to life instantly every time, only to die again after another lash.
Never in my life have I been humiliated so much.
I tried to clench my fists, but that task seemed so insurmountable. I tried to wail, to run, heck, to squirm! But I couldn’t. My eyelids wouldn’t even close shut.
Tears ran down my cheeks as I endured whip after whip, my back surely mangled and stained with blood.
