Ivy had never seen anything like this before. She stared at the screen in shock. “Nathan, what kind of movie is this supposed to be?”

Ivy shot him a look. “Yeah, right. Like I’d believe that.”

Ivy kept watching the screen. “Why are you so nervous? I didn’t even blame you. Let’s just watch it together.”

Nathan said, “I think he looks average. Are you saying he’s better looking than me?”

“Now I think you’re the opposite of proper,” Ivy replied. Leaning close to his ear, she laughed softly. “You’re actually pretty repressed.”
This was the first time Nathan had heard that comment, and his breathing hitched. Before this, he had never imagined he would one day want to explore something like this with a woman in a movie theater.
Just then, Ivy kissed his earlobe. “I’ve never tried it here, either. Let’s give it a go.”
She kissed him.
Nathan tightened his arm around her soft waist and kissed her back.
