Sasha said, “They’re all considerably reliable.”
Shane agreed, “Thanks for the reminder. Otherwise, we might suffer major losses in the future.”
Upon hearing that, Sasha exclaimed with a smug smile, “I told you. My friend is superb!”
Shane absent-mindedly nodded and said, “Yeah, yeah. You’re capable, and your friends are prodigies.”
Pleased with his response, Sasha scanned the room for Zane. Seeing that he wasn’t around, she asked, “Where’s Zane?”
In the past, Zane would always follow Annalise closely. Sasha found it odd that Annalise was left alone today. With that thought, Sasha inched closer to Annalise.
Sasha guessed Zane was giving her a chance to spend time with Annalise.
I replied, “He said he’s interested in a few projects, so he’s gone off to get their contact details.”
Surprised, Sasha said, “I thought somebody like Zane would wait for others to approach him first. I didn’t think he would be trying to get anyone’s number. Interesting.”
Then, Sasha took out her phone and continued, “I’ll wait with you, then. I’ll also post an Instagram Story to see if anyone’s interested in finding a business partner.”
Shane curiously peered at Sasha’s post. She pulled up an image she had prepared and uploaded it to her Instagram Story. Since nobody was responding to her post, she began to spam posts on her account.
Baffled by her actions, Shane looked away.
A few seconds later, Sasha exclaimed happily, “It worked!”
Shane looked over to see that several people had messaged Sasha, consulting her about business projects. Overwhelmed by the texts, Sasha passed some on to Shane, asking him to contact them. He didn’t reject her request since it was part of his job.
To Sasha’s surprise, more people continued to message her. If it were just Shane
and Sasha, they wouldn’t be able to handle all the messages.
Sasha turned to Annalise and said eagerly, “Anna, please help me…”
When I saw Sasha’s pleading eyes and recalled how I had extra time, I said, “Sure.”
Sasha then sent me a list of
numbers. After saving all of them, I wrote a template message, asking each person to state their requests. I also told them I would match them with suitable partners based on their needs.
After sending the messages, all the recipients confirmed they’d received them and
said they would fill them out.
I casually relaxed on the couch and watched Sasha type on her phone.
Sasha was busy messaging people when she noticed I was so laid back. Puzzled,
Sasha asked, “Are you done?”
I nodded and said, “Yeah.”
In disbelief, Sasha asked, “Already? I know you’re very capable, so I assigned you the most people to
reach out to. I’m not even done
talking with two people, but yonet
telling me you’re done already?”
Still in disbelief, Sasha asked again, “Remember, I told you to contact all of them!
Have you…”
“Mm-hmm,” I said, handing my phone to Sasha.
