As soon as I reached the upstairs room, something felt wrong. A scaring heat ignited in my blood, sudden and overwhelming–like molten lava rushing through my veins. Every inch of my skin throbbed with an unbearable yearning for touch.
My brows lifted in surprise. So Bailey had drugged both glasses?
I’d expected the idiot to only spike the one she handed me, which was why I’d swapped them on purpose. According to plan, she was supposed to drink the aphrodisiac, then Jimmy would swoop in to “save” her, making the prim and proper Mary heiress the star of her very own amateur porn clip.
“They added wolf suppressant too,” my wolf Ella snarled furiously from deep within. “Damn it! She’s trying to suppress me!”
Normally, a fully awakened werewolf would have resistance to suppressants. But my situation was different. Ella was still unstable, in a partial state of awakening. Taking that kind of suppressant now would only make things worse.
Damn it. I clenched my jaw, irritation flaring.
Just then, Jimmy leaned closer and asked hesitantly, “Ms. Aubrey… should we continue with the plan?”
He’d noticed something was off. But to back down now? Absolutely not.
“Continue.”
I lay back on the bed, feigning unconsciousness, while Jimmy made up a reason to call Bailey upstairs.
The moment she arrived, she hissed through gritted teeth, “Hurry… do it now!” Her breath was ragged, voice trembling with suppressed frenzy. “My mom’s already on her way from the Lynn family. She’ll help you handle it.”
“Just make sure when you f*ck her, you face the camera and don’t block her slutty face. I want every werewolf to see her moaning like a bitch in heat!”
The room fell briefly silent. Then, just as planned, Jimmy led Bailey into the bathroom—already rigged with networked surveillance cameras, courtesy of Aurelia.
He shut the door, and soon his greasy voice slithered through the air.
“Bailey… your mom’s still a ways off. But you look like you’re suffering. Why don’t I help ‘ease‘ your pain a little?”
“Not here! What if that bitch suddenly wakes up?”
“She drank so much of the drug–no way she’s waking up. Let’s keep it down and deal with your problem first.”
It didn’t take long before the sounds from the bathroom turned filthy–wet, rhythmic, and unmistakably. obscene. Bailey’s moans grew louder, more desperate.

I sat up and picked up Bailey’s forgotten phone, quickly typing out a message to Aurelia:

With that, I stepped out onto the balcony. Sure enough, I soon saw Aurelia’s figure hurrying toward the house. Behind me, the moans inside the bathroom had reached an unabashed frenzy–Bailey’s lewd cries rang clear through the door.
Aurelia’s POV
I had everything timed to perfection.
From the moment I got Bailey’s signal, it took me exactly nine minutes and thirty–eight seconds to race back to the Mary family estate–just enough for the drug to kick in and for me to catch the climax of the performance.
The moment I stepped into the living room, I scanned the crowd. There–tucked in the corner–was that reporter from The Onion, fiddling eagerly with his camera.
Perfect. Tomorrow, every headline in the city would be about Aubrey, that filthy mutt’s disgrace.
“Oh my, why’s everyone standing around?” I chirped with feigned cheerfulness, my fingers trembling slightly from excitement. “Come watch some TV!”
I’d already connected the bathroom feed to the massive flatscreen in the living room. One press of this button, and Aubrey’s shameful display would be broadcast in real time, projected across a 120–inch screen for everyone to enjoy.
I grabbed the remote and hit play.
The screen lit up, and within seconds, the room was filled with obscene moaning that rose and fell in waves
