Chapter 327 The Broken Arm
Jensen stared at Baron’s lazy posture, fury boiling in his chest.

“Natalie, this is the man you chose? You heard him yourself–no connections, no resources, completely useless! He can’t even help you find out who swapped you twenty years ago. What good is a man like that? I know you’re grateful he once saved you, but Natalie, there are many ways to repay a debt. Someone like him–you give him some money and send him off. He’s not fit to be your husband.”
The more Jensen rambled, the more disgusted Natalie became.
“What kind of man I want is none of your business! You might have money, power, and connections, but what did you ever give me except hurt? When my life was on the line, I couldn’t even rely on you. What use is a man like that? Baron is more than enough. If you keep attacking my husband, then this conversation ends here. I don’t need your help, Jensen.”
She stood abruptly, ready to leave.
“Natalie! I’m doing this for your sake!”
“I don’t need it!”
Her rejection was firm, final.
Jensen could only watch as Baron smugly waved his phone at him, taunting him further. Rage surged in his chest until he nearly choked.
That man–he wanted him dead.
But Jensen also knew he couldn’t afford to push Natalie
any further.
Taking a deep breath, he forced his anger down.
“Natalie, fine. I’ll do it. I’ll keep an eye on my mother. If she has any further contact with Rachel, I’ll tell you immediately. To make communication easier, unblock my WhatsApp and number, alright?”
Baron’s face darkened at once.
The last thing he wanted was for Natalie to have any more contact with Jensen.
“Mr. Jensen, you can always reach me instead. My wife is very busy. Things like this are better left to me. Don’t worry–I’ll treat you with all the respect you deserve.”

“Shut up! You think you’re worthy of speaking to me? You’re nothing!”
Natalie slammed her teacup onto the table with a sharp crack. Her face was cold.
“He’s nothing? And you are? Jensen, this was a waste of my time.”
She grabbed Baron’s hand and headed for the door.
“Natalie!”
Jensen panicked, reaching to grab her wrist–only for Baron to slap his hand away.
“Mr. Jensen, my wife is married. Show some respect.”
“Baron!”
Provoked again and again, Jensen lost control.
His arm shot up, fist driving straight at Baron’s face.
Today, he would kill this man.

Natalie instinctively tried to block the blow, but Baron pulled her behind him with one hand.
As Jensen’s fist came down, Baron moved.
No one saw how. They only heard the sharp crack and Jensen’s scream as his arm snapped out of joint.
His face went white, cold sweat dripping down his forehead.
For a split second, killing intent flickered in Baron’s eyes.
If not for Natalie standing there, Jensen would already be dead.
“Mr. Jensen,” Baron said coolly, “I may be just the Stone family’s son–in–law, but that doesn’t mean I’m truly useless. So next time you think about laying a hand on me or my wife, you’d better consider whether you have the ability.”
Without another glance, he took Natalie’s hand and walked out of Serenity Café.
But the moment they stepped outside, they were surrounded.

“Who are you people?”
Natalie frowned at the black–clad men blocking their path.
Baron swept the area with his gaze, but Chris was nowhere to be seen.

That was wrong. Chris was skilled and absolutely loyal to them. If something had happened outside, Chris should have warned them immediately.
The fact that these men had appeared silently meant only one thing–Chris had been taken out by surprise. Whether he was alive or dead, Baron couldn’t know. But one thing was certain: these opponents were strong.
Without a flicker of hesitation, Baron worked his phone behind his back, sending Yvonne a live location share.
Yvonne, still tending to Dr. Johnson’s wife and looking into his son’s whereabouts, froze when she saw Baron’s alert. Then she understood at once.
“Westin, bring the men. We’re moving!”
