Sold To The Alphas I Hate Chapter 375

Chapter 375 Beautiful Eira

Eira’s POV

As I stood, Lucian gently turned me to face him.

“You don’t need makeup,” he said with certainty. “Just a little lip gloss will do.”

He rotated me toward Jason.

Jason had already picked up a sheer, soft pink gloss. I stood there, oddly frozen, as he stepped closer and applied it carefully to my lips.

He was close. Very close. I could smell his scent.

It had been so long since I had been this near to him in such a quiet, intimate way. My heart reacted before my mind could process it. A faint nervousness stirred within me.

My eyes remained fixed on his face. His expression was completely focused, as if he would not allow even the slightest imperfection in his work.

“Done,” he said softly, lifting his gaze to meet mine.

He knew I had been staring.

“You look beautiful,” he added.

“Thank you,” I replied gently, lowering my eyes before they betrayed too much.

Lucian turned me back toward himself, and the admiration in his gaze was impossible to miss.

“Damn,” he breathed. “There isn’t another woman in existence as beautiful as you.”

Then, lowering his voice near my ear, he whispered, “I can’t wait to rid you of this.”

Heat rushed to my face instantly. I pushed him away, glancing toward the others, who were sitting on the sofa, and were of no help in this matter.

“Beautiful,” Roman and Kael said almost in unison.

Rafe leaned back casually. “You two worked just fine on her. Good job.”

Of course. This bastard refused to praise me directly.

Fuck him.

Finally, I turned toward Raven. “How does mommy look? Beautiful, right?”

He nodded quickly without hesitation. And in his eyes, I could see he truly meant it.

“Shall we leave?” Kael asked as he stood up, and so did other two.

“Not before I ask something,” I said and turned to Lucian, “How are you so well aware about women’s dresses and jewellery?”

I wanted to turned to Jason and ask him how many women he had done hair for? But, I resisted it strongly.

Instead of feeling guilty, Lucian smirked, “I see someone jealous.”

“Yes, I am. So what?” I said bluntly. “Now tell me.”

He chuckled softly, and cupped my face in his hands, almost pressing my cheeks to turn my lips into a pout.

“I can’t get enough of how cute you look like this,” he said and gently pecked on my forced pouted lips.

I offered him a glare, and shrugged his hands away. “I see a guilty one here. Not answering my question. Jerks”

Lucian looked at Jason, “She is doubting you as well. Just called us both Jerks.”

What? When did I even mention Jason? Yeah, but he wasn’t wrong either. Both brothers are Jerks.

“Then you should clear her doubt,” Jason said, “And I will keep her cursing as I get nothing else from her.”

I wanted to glare at him and said, Yes you deserve it bastard, but I kept my focus on Lucian. He’s my mate and he should answer me.

“Are you answering or….”

Lucian was still so chill about it and said, “Did you forget Alice? We brothers literally raised her while our mother was mostly busy with her job.”

Damn! Jealousy got the better of me that I clearly forgot it.

“Her dresses and jewellery was my job, while Jason did her hair,” he added, “and our tantrum queen wanted everything perfect so we had to be at our best all the time.”

Mention of her once more made me emotional. She was indeed that way.

“Got your answer?” he asked again.

I nodded and calmed myself, finally.

Finally, we headed out to meet Alpha Gerald and his family. I was nervous for some reason as it was the first time I was meeting someone who’s in such high authority.

But, with my mates by my side, I was sure things would be alright with me.

Outside, lavish royal antique looking cabriolets were lined up to fetch us to the main residence of Alpha’s family.

I sat with Raven and Kael in the first car with Raven between us, while the other four sat in the following two cars, two in each.

On the way I observed the palace premise, the beautiful gardens, so many servants working in various parts, bowing towards our vehicles as we passed by them.

“I feel like we are living in the era or royalty. It feels so good,” I commented.

Kael smiled at me, “I am glad you are enjoying it here.”

I looked at him, “You do not look surprised like me. Have you been to this pack before?”

He hummed, “But it was long back. Maybe around when I was of Raven’s age. My parents brought me here with them.”

“Oh! What did you come here for?” I asked.

“It was eight hundredth year anniversary of when the first alpha king founded the kingdom and sat on the throne as king,” he told me. “They celebrate it every hundred years.”

“And Raven came here around the same age,” I said and caressed his hand, “Did you like it here?”

He nodded, his eyes looking around everywhere.

“There is some different kind of vibe in the air here, so calm, peaceful, and it doesn’t feel foreign at all,” I said, letting the essence of it settle in me, “I never felt this way to any other place, not even when I was moving around the different packs with that old couple back then.”

“You will end up liking it more and more as you spend more time here,” he assured.

I looked forward to it. But then thought came to my mind.

“I hope I won’t end up liking it too much that I won’t want to leave it anymore. And then you have to attack this pack so I can stay here without any disturbances,” I teased.

But the guy was serious as he met my gaze, “Do you want it?”

I was taken aback by his seriousness, but found it amusing at the same time. I raised a brow, “Can you do it?”

“I sure can,” deep dignified voice firm and gaze resolute with a promise, “As long as you want it, it’s yours.”

Damn! I could see he meant it, the determination, the confidence in those dark eyes was unmistakable.

I let out a nervous chuckle. “Not at all. I am fine in our usual home and our pack,” I said quickly before he truly devised any such plan.

The way his gaze changed at my words and he started to observe around, I could tell he had started to have a plan already.

Gosh! This wolf is scary.

I should be careful with what I want, or I will end up bringing a war to our pack.
