Vivian was silent for a while. She really couldn’t think of who could have framed her.

It was three in the afternoon. Vivian went to pick Joy up from class. She waited outside for a while. When Joy came out, Vivian smiled and waved at her. “Joy, over here.”
Joy saw her before class ended and asked, “Vivian, why are you here so early today?”
The smile on Vivian’s face froze for a moment before widening. “Because I wanted to see you sooner. What do you want to eat tonight?”
Joy answered, “Anything, as long as it’s not takeout or junk food.”
Vivian pursed her lips. Joy was
furtively educating her again. Since Vivian had been busy recently, she either ordered takeout for Joy or brought her out for fast food. Their meals were lacking in nutrition.

Vivian sighed and said, “I am free from today onwards. I can personally cook for my little princess.”
Joy was a brilliant and observant child. She looked at Vivian and asked, “Is there something on your mind? What happened?”
