Chapter 717

Grace was in a meeting at the company when suddenly the door was pushed
open.
“Mr. Casper, you can’t come in… Ms. Sherman, I’m sorry, we couldn’t stop him,” the receptionist said.
Casper insisted on seeing Grace. Downstairs, the receptionist reported the situation to the general office.
Since they were in a meeting, the receptionist asked him to wait downstairs.
After waiting for twenty minutes, Casper’s patience ran out, and he became furious.
After all, he was Brian’s grandpa, and she was just a junior. How could she make him wait here dryly for her?

Grace watched Casper at the door, put down the laser pen in her hand, and said to Vivian beside her, “Vivian, I’ll leave the rest to you.”

“Grandpa, do you have something to discuss with me?” Grace asked.

Grace nodded, “Yes.”
Casper sneered inwardly and looked at her with a mocking gaze.
“Let’s go, let’s go out for coffee,” Casper said.
Grace didn’t refuse and left the company with him.

Grace calmly looked at Casper sitting across from her with a slight smile on her
face, waiting for what he had to say next.
However, Grace could probably guess what he wanted to say to her.
“I’ve investigated everything about you and Brian,” Casper said.
Grace smiled, “You act fast.”
Casper took a sip of coffee and said calmly, “You can make Brian be faithful to you for five years, which is indeed impressive.
“But, the threshold of the Francis family has not been lowered to the point where any peasant can walk in.”
Grace frowned. “So you want me to leave, right?”
“I won’t treat you unfairly. Considering that you’ve given birth to a daughter for Brian…” Casper paused slightly and took out a check, placing it on the table.
“This check, you can fill in whatever number you like.”
Grace’s smile deepened. “Casper, you’re very generous, but don’t you think you’re doing too much? Brian and I aren’t even married. I live in the Francis family because my daughter is there. Jasmine can’t bear to be apart from her grandchild, and my daughter can’t be without her father.
“As for Brian and me, I’m not interested in pursuing a marriage without blessings. In the future,

Casper nodded. “You’re right. Anyone can live well without anyone else. Brian is
just temporarily infatuated.”
“So what are you worried about? Brian has been doing just fine for the past five years without me, hasn’t he?” Grace said.
Casper’s gaze was sharp as he looked at her. “But as long as you’re here for one day, he won’t look at another woman.”
Grace lowered her eyelids slightly, paused for a moment, then looked at him, saying, “I’m sorry, Casper, it doesn’t matter how you want to influence Brian, but I’m not someone of yours. You can’t demand anything from me.”
Casper sighed heavily in frustration.
