Angie smiled. “Alright, I’ll remember that.”
She raised her glass and clinked it against his. “Here’s to you. I wish you eternal happiness.”
She couldn’t bring herself to say anything like wishing him and Serena well.
Justin glanced at the wine in the glass and said, “I still have to drive later. I can’t drink.”
Angie had already thought of this. She said, “I know. This is non-alcoholic champagne.”
Justin nodded slightly and raised his head to finish the champagne in his glass.
Angie looked at his moving Adam’s apple and the bright wine glass, and her heart couldn’t help but beat faster.
Then, she asked, “Justin, I want to go back. Can you send me back?”
Justin frowned slightly. “But I still have to send Serena off later.”
Angie rubbed her temples. “I’ve been catching a cold for the past two days. My head hurts after drinking. As an ordinary friend, can’t you give me a ride?”
Justin was still hesitating.
Angie said, “This is the last time. I won’t haunt you anymore. Justin, can you leave me some dignity?”
Justin finally nodded. “Okay.”
He took out his phone and sent Serena a message, telling her honestly that he would send Angie home first before coming back.
Angie couldn’t help but feel nervous when she saw him agree. She followed behind him and got into the car.
Sitting in the passenger seat, her heart kept pounding.
The drug given by Sharon took effect very quickly. After a while, she realized that Justin had started to look for water to drink.
Angie gulped nervously and her fingers began to tremble. She had been a good girl since she was young and had never done such things.
Justin finished the bottle of water in the car. But he still felt a little hot.
He opened the car window and the cold wind blew in. The heat seemed to have dissipated a lot.
However, it only lasted for a while before he began to feel hot and unbearable. He tugged at his tie, swallowed, and frowned. “Why is it so hot?”
He glanced sideways at Angie. “Do you feel hot?”

He suddenly turned the car to the right and stepped on the brakes.
Then, he suddenly turned to look at her. “Angie, you drugged me?”
Angie immediately trembled nervously. “I didn’t… I didn’t drug you. Justin, what’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell? Why don’t I drive you home?”
Justin’s usually gentle gaze seemed filled with blood as he stared fixedly at Angie. “Angie, I’ve said before that I don’t like you. Why do you have to make things like this between us?”

Tears rolled down Angie’s face. She mustered her courage and pounced on him hugging his body tightly “Justin, I know you must feel terrible, right? If you sleep with me, you won’t feet terrible anymore.”
Justin suddenly pushed her away with terrifying force. “Get out of the car.” Angie didn’t expect him to be so cold-blooded even after being drugged.
She said, “Justin. You’ll die without me.”
Justin closed his eyes and suddenly unbuckled his seatbelt. He leaned to the side and opened the door beside her. Then, he used all his strength to push her down.
Angie fell hard to the ground, her wrist hurting. But what hurt more was her heart.
Justin quickly started the car. The car turned around on the road and shot out like
an arrow.
