After ending the call, Alfred checked the time. He considered going to see Arabella but worried she might be resting, so he decided not to disturb her.

“You want plainer food?” Florence hesitated, thinking Arabella still needed nourishing meals.
Arabella nodded. “Yes, and really, my injury is healing well. I don’t need heavy supplements anymore. A normal, balanced diet is perfect. Too much of a good thing can sometimes be hard on the body p>
“You should listen to Arabella. She is a doctor, after all, and knows what’s best,” Jonathan advised gently.
Florence thought it over for a moment, then relented. “Alright then. From now on, just tell me what you’re in the mood for, and I’ll have the kitchen prepare it p>
