In the grand hall, Warren stood with Celine’s hand in his left and a bulging bag in his right.
“Juniper!” The moment Celine saw her sister, she let go of her husband’s hand and ran toward her with joyous abandon.
Juniper stood up and took two steps forward, opening her arms to embrace her.

“Juniper, this is for you.” Celine handed the small, full bag to Juniper. “Yummy snacks. My sister gets to eat first p>
“Thank you.” Juniper looked down at the bag, which was stuffed to the brim with treats. This must have been how her sister cared for her when they were children.
As Juniper looked down, her bare neck was exposed, revealing a conspicuous red mark just above her collarbone.
“Juniper!” Celine thought she was hurt and pointed excitedly at the mark. “Ouchie? Need medicine p>
