The head of the department entered and handed Lin Enyang a stack of lab reports before turning to Grandpa Zhang. He smiled and said, “Commander Zhang, all of your test results are excellent, and your health indicators have returned to normal.”

“This is my duty, not a trouble at all,” the department head replied, aware that the recent events didn’t allow for extended pleasantries. He left promptly.
“Huang was correct. Commander Zhang, all of your health indicators have returned to normal,” Lin Enyang said excitedly. Finally, he handed the stack of lab reports to Grandpa Zhang. “After more than five years, this is the first time that all your health indicators are within the normal range.”
“Really?” Grandma Wang took the stack of reports and examined them one by one. With years of experience in the hospital, she could understand all the information presented.
Both doctors had given positive reports, and Grandma Wang felt tears welling up in her eyes. She quickly wiped them away before smiling and asking, “Doctor Lin, so does this mean my husband is no longer in any danger?”
“He is not,” Lin Enyang confirmed confidently.
Grandpa Zhang and Grandma Wang then turned to Su Xiaoxiao, expressing their gratitude. “Xiaoxiao, you’re truly our savior. Whatever happens in the future, you can count on us. As long as it doesn’t violate our principles, the Zhang family will always stand by your side.”

Su Xiaoxiao nodded, and Grandpa Zhang smiled warmly. “Xiaoxiao, from now on, you must visit us more often when you come to Beijing. Our home is your home.”
However, Su Xiaoxiao politely declined. “I couldn’t impose like that. But I will definitely visit you and Grandma whenever I come to Beijing.
