Chapter 115
“Marry me.”
The words fell from his lips softly. It wasn‘ t a demand, and it certainly was not a command either. But it was a
plea.
Isla blinked, unsure if she’d heard him right. “What?” she asked, her voice barely a whisper.
Gabriel stepped closer, closing the small distance between them. His presence filled the room with a steady and the type of warmth she craved. He reached for her hands and lifted them gently, pressing tender kisses across
her knuckles.
“(
“The way we got married the first time,” he began quietly, “wasn’t how I wanted it to happen. It was sudden. Forced. You remember how you objected when Grandfather brought it up?” He paused, searching her Neither of us had a choice back then. We were just… caught in it.”
eyes.
He took a deep breath. “But this time, Isla… it’s different. This time, I want it. I want you. Not because of duty or family, not because we need to convince or explain–but because I can’t imagine my life without you.”
Her throat tightened as his words sank in.
“I want to marry you all over again,” he continued, his voice softer now, but trembling slightly with emotion. “I want to see you walk down the aisle in the wedding gown I chose for you. And I don’t care if you already have a baby bump then,” he said with a faint smile. “Because this time, nothing will be rushed. We’ll do it right—a real wedding, one that belongs to us alone.”
He looked deep into her eyes. “So tell me, Isla,” he whispered, “will you marry me again?”
Her breath hitched. Tears filled her eyes before she could even speak. The love in his voice, the sincerity in his gaze, It was too much for her heart to contain.
“Yes,” she said through her tears, nodding quickly. “Yes, I will. I love you, Gabriel. So much. I can’t live without you.”
He chuckled softly, brushing his thumbs over her cheeks to wipe away her tears. His smile was tender, full of relief. “And I can’t imagine a life without you in it,” he said.
Then their lips met, and the world vanished.
The kiss was deep and desperate, filled with every emotion they’d been holding back. Love, pain, forgiveness, and hope. All of it poured into that single moment. His hands roamed gently, holding her close, enjoying and savouring the moment.
When he finally broke the kiss, their foreheads rested together, both breathing hard.
“Not here,” he whispered, his voice rough with feeling. “In our bedroom. I want to make love to you in our home … in our space.”
He took her hand, fingers intertwined with hers, and led her through a side door.
Isla barely had time to take in the beauty of the room–the soft lighting, the scent of fresh roses, the silken
sheets. None of it mattered now.
Because at that moment, the only thing that existed was him.
And as Gabriel drew her into his arms once more, the rest of the world fell away, leaving only their quiet laughter, their whispers, and the rhythm of their hearts finding each other again.
It was just like a flash of light. Every piece of clothes on them has been discarded.
Gabriel went for her breasts. His mouth was on her nipple in an instant. His other hand was pinching and gently squeezing the other breast.
He gave her other breast the same attention before lifting her off the floor. She wrapped her legs around his waist. This time, he didn’t take her to the bed. He dropped her on the dresser, pulling her closer to his erection.
Isla was dripping wet already. Gabriel stood in–between her thighs and looked at her in that position. He smiled, enjoying her beauty.
His fingers danced through her glistening passage. A shiver ran down her spine as he pushed in two fingers. He curled his fingers inside of her–her hands landed on his shoulder as she gasped.
“You’re so wet, Isla; you’re so wet and responsive to me.”
Gabriel’s fingers kept going in and out of her, drawing out gentle moans from her.
“When this baby comes,” he murmured, “I’ll show you everything I’ve ever dreamed of doing with you.” His eyes darkened with desire. “But for now… just feel me. Feel us.‘
And just like that, he pushed into her, and he was really deep.
Gabriel’s breath grew uneven as his hand trailed softly along her skin.
His voice dropped to a whisper, rough and low. “You have no idea what you do to me, Isla.”
Her lips parted, but no words came out. Her heart was racing, her body trembling under his touch.
“Fuck, Isla, you feel so good.” He groaned.
Isla cried out in pleasure. She could feel him well embedded inside her, and God, it felt so good.
He thrust gently, just like he had calculated. His pace increased, and his movements were getting a little harder than he had intended.
Their bodies moved together slowly, finding that rhythm only two souls in love could know.
“Are
you okay?” He asked, knowing how deep he had gone.
“I am fine. Keep going. I love it.”
He chuckled and pulled her waist forward to the edge of the dresser, so he could get a perfect angle. He re- positioned himself and drove faster, her hands clutching his neck, her breasts bouncing as he thrust into her.
The sight was beautiful, and Gabriel was proud the moment she began to moan out his name.
“Gabriel, oh Gabriel.”
“Keep calling my name like that.” He said.
Her orgasm came faster than expected. She crashed and cried out. But Gabriel didn’t stop. He drove into her through her orgasm, and this beautiful intimate moment between them doesn’t look like it will end any time
soon.
