Chapter 85

“I will,” she muttered against his mouth just as the elevator chimed, announcing their arrival. The doors slid open immediately.
They both pulled away from each other, catching their breath, and stepped out. Their suite was right across from the elevator. Gabriel pressed his palm against the security screen, and the system scanned his prints. The door unlocked with a soft click, and they stepped inside. Isla entered first, followed closely by Gabriel.
The penthouse was a smart home–it could be operated manually or through its advanced systems. The lights flickered on as soon as Isla walked in, glowing gently at every step she took.
The same happened when she entered their shared bedroom. It was no secret anymore–they now slept in the same room, unlike before, when they barely lived like a couple.
Isla began undressing quietly. She dropped her clothes carelessly to one side and set her purse on the nightstand before walking into the bathroom.
Gabriel entered moments later. A smirk tugged at his lips as his eyes caught the scattered trail of her clothes. The sound of running water reached his ears, and his thoughts instantly grew sinful.
It had been a long, rough day. Maybe a dirty night with his wife would help ease the stress. His mind darkened with desire as he began stripping out of his suit.
Under the moonlight and the soft glitter of stars, the night at Tasha’s Garden buzzed with laughter and clinking glasses. Some elite of Carminton gathered there, enjoying the peaceful evening. But that peace didn’t last long as a live drama unfold right before their eyes.
Sia stood in front of her husband, fury written all over her face. Beside her were Mia, covering her mouth in shock, and Delphine, who looked just as horrified.
Sia’s eyes narrowed as she studied the woman sitting elegantly beside her husband. The redhead looked calm, almost confident, in her bright red dress that matched the color of her hair.
“Sia?” Wyatt stood up abruptly, his expression full of shock as he saw his wife, his sister–in–law, and Delphine together.
“So this is it? This is what you do behind my back?” Sia screamed over the music, and instantly, all eyes turned
toward them.
They were too well–known to go unnoticed. Everyone–not just in Carminton but all over Richbouph–knew the Wyndham family.
But at this moment, right now, Sia didn’t care about her family’s reputation. Rage burned through her veins. She turned her glare to the woman sitting beside Wyatt.
“And you… slut!” she spat, her voice cutting through the night air. The redhead’s blue eyes widened in shock. ” You have no shame sleeping with a married man p>
Gasps rippled through the crowd, but before anyone could react, Sia’s hand flew across the woman’s face. The

sharp crack echoed.
The woman didn’t just sit there. She rose immediately and slapped Sia back. In seconds, chaos broke out. The two women grabbed at each other, pulling hair and throwing blows.
Delphine and Mia rushed to join in, each shouting, their fury blending into the madness. The three of them cornered the redhead, dragging her down as onlookers reached for their phones, recording every second of the
scandal.
Wyatt tried to intervene, shouting, “Sia, stop!” He reached for his wife, but she shoved him back so hard he stumbled. When he tried again, she bit his arm, making him yelp in pain.
The scene turned so ugly. And people began whispering.
“Are these really the Wyndhams?” someone muttered.
Another voice followed, “This family’s always in drama. I guess cheating runs in their blood p>
A woman gasped from another table. “Wait – isn’t that Delphine, the model? Oh, what a shame p>
Phones were raised everywhere, flashes lighting up the chaos. Within minutes, the internet would explode with gossip. Every major blog and social media feed would have something to say.
The bar manager panicked. He had already called the police.
By the time officers arrived, the scene was a wreck. Tables were overturned, glasses shattered, and the elite
crowd had scattered.
Mia’s perfect image was ruined; she looked nothing like the polished socialite she once was. She just got appointed as the new president of Wyndham Trust. Now her personality will be questioned. Official source is.net
Sia’s nose was bleeding, her makeup smeared. The damage on her nose was much and it will take surgery to fix that nose again. The saying was simple, don’t do to others what you don’t want them to do to you, right? Karma is a bitch. And right now, it has caught up with Sia.
As for Delphine, her swollen cheek and split lip showed she had taken several direct punches. She wouldn’t be able to show her face in public for weeks.
Only when the police began separating them did Delphine fully realize what had just happened and how much it was going to cost them.
Meanwhile, the redhead lay on the gravel, bleeding from a cut on her forehead. Wyatt was on his knees beside her, checking for injuries, his face pale and trembling.
He didn’t even care about his wife. All he cared about was the young woman on the gravel floor. Cameras still flashed. Videos kept rolling. The damage was done already. There was no coming out of this one.
