Chapter : 927
Judy’s POV
I was surprised by how many pack mates showed up this evening. There were so many that arrived at the bar to show their support; it wasn’t just women… it was men too. It was both the Redmoon and the Silver Crescent Packs that showed.
Old friends, new friends, and those I didn’t even think knew my name. It was a bachelorette party that I couldn’t forget, no matter how drunk I got.
Olivia wasn’t the only one who told me she was sorry and said they wanted me as their Luna. I was being bowed to left and right.
I was overwhelmed with emotions, and I couldn’t seem to stop crying by the end of the night.
“I can’t believe she’s still crying,” Irene whispered to Erik and Nan as we got back into the car at the end of the night… well, technically it was the middle of the night.
“Let’s bring her back to her parents’ house so she can sleep this off. Gavin will kill us if she’s too far gone tomorrow,” Erik said, sounding worried.
“Yeah, she’s really drunk,” Nan said, biting her bottom lip like she was stifling a laugh. “Good thing we are werewolves, and we recover from being drunk fairly quickly.”
“Not as much has she drunk,” Erik said, his nose crinkling. “We really should get her back so she can sleep this off.”
“Let me wipe the smudged makeup off her face,” Irene whispered, and I felt the warmth of her tissue on my cheek as she wiped away the lingering tears and smeared makeup.
I could only imagine how I must have looked to them at this moment. I was getting married tomorrow for crying out loud; this was not the way a Luna should be looking. I was the Luna of the most extensive territory in the world and was about to be Gavin Landry’s wife. My emotions were all over the place; not to mention, I was still emotional after having a baby.
“Come on, you,” Nan said, wrapping an arm around me. “You are way too gone to be standing. Sit down in the car and take a deep breath.”
I wasn’t even aware that I was still standing, if I were to be honest. I had such a fantastic time tonight with my friends and those I wasn’t expecting to have fun with. I even shared a few laughs with Olivia. She seemed genuine when she apologized, and because I’m going to be her Luna soon enough, I accepted the apology.
I was so dizzy; the tequila shots and all the other things I’ve drunk throughout the night were really hitting me hard right now. I hadn’t taken a sip of alcohol since before I was pregnant, and even then, I didn’t drink much. I had always been a lightweight.
I probably shouldn’t have drunk so much before my wedding.
At some point, I must have fallen asleep because I barely remembered taking the ride to my parents’ house until I heard my father’s voice.
“What the hell happened? She’s getting married tomorrow,” my father said, his voice booming across his yard, and I could almost imagine the disapproving look on his face.
I was being carried, and I assumed it was Erik, since he was the strongest of my friends.
“She drank a little too much,” my mother explained, and I didn’t even know she was there. “I knew I should have stayed behind with her.”
Oh, that’s right, my mother left the
bar fairly early because it was getting late and she was tired. As were Selene and Cora. But they promised me they would see me ato.
the wedding tomorrow night
didn’t fret too much.
“She’s getting married tomorrow,” my father repeated. “She’s a mess. How could
you let her drink this much?”
“She’ll be fine, my mother assured

him. “She will recover by the morning, and then she will walk down that aisle. You don’t need to worry Nan, how about you grab her a glass of water rene, you can help Erbring her to her bedroom and tuck her into bed. I’ll be up there in a few minutes.”
“We need to call the Alpha,” my father said, and I knew he was probably shaking his head. “I’ll get a hold of Gavin.”
“Does he really have to know?” Irene asked, a bit nervously. “He’s going to be so mad that I allowed this to happen.”
“He’ll be even more mad when he finds out about this. According to Shelly, there were a ton of pack mates there. Both from the Silver Crescent and Redmoon.”
“It’s true… even our Luna, Lucy, showed up at one point, along with Alpha Sampson. They wanted to congratulate Judy on her upcoming wedding and baby because they hadn’t seen her in awhile. Butshe was already so drunk. I don’t think she even noticed them.”
My mother was right; I hadn’t noticed them at all, and I felt terrible. If I remembered
this tomorrow, I would have to apologize.
My father sighed.
“It’s decided, Alpha Gavin needs to know about this,” he said softly. “Or he will have
all of our heads for keeping this from him.”
