I lean forward, pressing my lips against hers. I meant to keep the kiss gentle and slow, but it quickly turns heated and dominating. She tastes so delicious. Her sweet moans and whimpers make it nearly impossible for me stop. I slide my tongue into her mouth, as she slides her hands into my hair.
It isn’t until the scent of her arousal becomes nearly intoxicating that I finally pull away from her, pressing my forehead to hers.
“Enya, we have to stop,” I growl, keeping my eyes closed as I breath through my mouth to try and maintain some level of control.
“Why?” she asks softly.
I open my eyes so she can see the heat in them.
“Because if I don’t, I’m going to rip these clothes off you, spread your legs and bury my face between your thighs,” I growl, making her gasp. “You smell so fucking delicious. If that kiss didn’t give you something else to think about, then I’m not sure I’m the man to distract you,” I say, glancing at the clock and realizing that I’ve been kissing her for over an hour.
She watches me a moment, panting as much as I am, before responding.
“Thank you, Christian. I think this might be the first night since my parents‘ deaths that I don’t cry myself to sleep,” she says.

press a quick, gentle kiss to her lips again, before standing and walking to the door.
“If you need me…” I begin.
“I know where you are. I think I’ll be fine now, Christian. Thank you.”
I walk out, my cock aching to finish what I started, and my heart twisted with feelings I shouldn’t be having for Enya. But my mind is at peace. I gave her a night with no tears. No matter how much my own body suffers because of it, it’s a win for me.

Last night was the best night’s sleep I have had since my parents‘ death. I don’t know what it says about me that being kissed by Christian kept my grief away. Perhaps it says more about his ability to kiss than it does about me. I hope so. I’d hate to think that my parents are glaring down at me from the Moon Goddess‘ realm because I was kissing my hot guardian rather than grieving their deaths.
Either way, I feel great this morning and I’m ready to go to warrior training.
When I get downstairs, I run into Alphas Sebastian and Christina.
“Good morning,” I say,

“Thank you, Alpha,” I say as we walk outside.
Christian, Shane, and Sebastiana are already there. I’m a bit surprised to see Sebastiana out here already. I would have thought she’d be one to sleep in or come late, but I guess I was wrong about that.
“Enya, I’d like for you to spar with my father today. Are you okay with that?” Christian asks.
I look at Alpha Sebastian who waggles his eyebrows at me, making me laugh.
