Alpha’s Regret The Seventh Time was Forever Chapter 466

Chapter 466 Sera loves challenges

One day earlier…

“Luna Mayo. Luna Joyce. It’s so good to see both of you again.”

Daisy welcomed the two women with a bright, welcoming smile as they stepped into the Centenary Pack house. Omegas quickly served fresh tea and snacks before slipping quietly out of the room, leaving the three of them alone.

The two Lunas smiled warmly back at her. “Daisy,” Luna Joyce beamed, lifting her teacup, “we’re hoping it won’t be long before we’re officially calling you Luna. You totally deserve it.”

Daisy’s smile grew even wider, pure excitement bubbling up inside her. “Don’t worry,” she said, taking a graceful sip of her tea. “The last day of the festival will be my coronation.” She was tired of waiting for Voren and had to settle on Ravyn completely.

He was the only one who loved her enough to tolerate her weaknesses. Just thinking about it sent a thrill racing through her. Soon, everything she had fought and schemed for would finally be hers.

Luna Joyce snorted and rolled her eyes, not even trying to hide her disdain. “About time. Then Luna Sera will finally know her place.” A mocking laugh escaped her. “I don’t even know why I still bother calling her Luna.”

Her husband, Alpha Dante of the Long River Pack, had already gone off to join Ravyn and the other Alphas, leaving the women free to talk. Luna Mayo leaned back comfortably in her seat. “That woman still needs to be taught a real lesson.”

A sly smile slowly spread across Daisy’s face. “I’ve actually been thinking about that.” Both women looked at her with immediate interest. “You remember how she embarrassed herself before?” They nodded eagerly. “I’m planning something similar, but I’ll need both of your help.”

The two Lunas smiled at her. Luna Mayo’s husband was Alpha Oren of the Night Weather pack. They exchanged a knowing look. “Just tell us what you need,” they said almost in unison. “We’re in.”

Daisy leaned forward, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “Let’s trick her into playing Truth or Dare.” A smug grin curled across her lips. “You both know how secretive Sera is. She’ll never pick Truth.”

The women nodded in agreement. “So when she chooses Dare…” Daisy’s smile turned ice-cold, “we’ll make her stand right in the middle of the campfire circle and shout, ’I love you, Alpha Voren!’ loud enough for the whole festival to hear.”

Joyce burst into loud laughter. Daisy kept going like the humiliation had already played out perfectly. “After that, she’ll have to walk over and kiss him. And when Alpha Voren pushes her away because I’m sure he will, she’ll have to strip naked, lie on the ground, and eat dust.”

Luna Joyce covered her mouth, laughing even harder. “That’s unbelievably cruel.” But the wicked amusement shining in her eyes told a different story.

Luna Mayo tilted her head. “And what if she refuses?”

Daisy looked completely unbothered. “She won’t. I’ll tell her that if she completes the dare, then I’ll the one to strip and eat dust.” She smiled knowingly. “Sera loves challenges. This time, I’m going to use her biggest strength against her.”

The two Lunas glanced at each other before nodding. “That could actually work.”

The next day, though, their confidence started to crack.

Athaliah’s arrival had completely changed the energy in the air. Instead of humiliating Seraphine like they’d planned, Daisy somehow ended up being the one who got humiliated.

Luna Joyce quietly walked over to Daisy and lowered her voice so no one else could hear. “Luna Sera looks untouchable today.” Her eyes drifted toward Seraphine. “She’s even wearing Alpha Vladimir’s coat.”

Daisy’s fingers curled into tight fists at her sides. She kept the smile plastered on her face, but burning resentment boiled inside her. It was always the same. No matter where they went, Seraphine somehow stole the spotlight.

People naturally gravitated toward her while Daisy had to fight and scrape for whatever scraps of attention were left.

She hated it with every fiber of her being how effortlessly Seraphine outshone everyone around her. Even today, surrounded by all these important guests, Seraphine still managed to become the brightest presence in the room.

Daisy slowly exhaled, forcing herself to stay calm. “Don’t worry,” she said, a cold smile forming. “I’ll have that coat off her before long.”

Joyce frowned, not entirely sure how Daisy planned to pull that off. She watched curiously as Daisy walked over to Ravyn and exchanged a few quiet words.

After listening, Ravyn gave a small nod. Daisy smiled with satisfaction and confidently strode to the center of the gym.

She cleared her throat. “Everyone, may I have your attention?”

The conversations gradually died down as every eye turned toward her. “As the soon-to-be Luna,” Daisy announced gracefully, “I’d like to officially welcome all of you to the Centenary Pack.”

Her gaze swept across the room before locking onto Seraphine. A fake look of concern crossed her face. “I also regret to inform everyone that several of our warriors haven’t been able to enjoy today’s celebration.”

She lowered her head slightly, pretending to be heartbroken. “They were victims of a chemical attack that left them completely paralyzed.”

Then she looked straight at Seraphine, her voice turning softer and almost pleading. “Please, Luna Seraphine…” She clasped her hands together dramatically. “Could you help us… just this once? For the last time?”

With all the people in this room? Seraphine would not dare to refuse right? Besides, all Daisy wanted was to have Seraphine at the pack hospital. Athaliah was another trouble looming but Seraphine was Daisy’s immediate problem.

Silence fell over the entire gym. Every pair of eyes landed on Seraphine as people waited for her answer. She stayed completely still.

Before she could respond, another voice cut through the tension. “Even if Luna Sera wanted to help those warriors…” Corvine scoffed, his expression calm but his tone carrying absolute authority. “I, Corvine Stone, former Beta of this pack, would never allow it.”

The gym fell deathly quiet. Not even a whisper broke the silence.

Athaliah stared at him in total disbelief. She had met plenty of Betas in her life, but none of them would have openly challenged the authority of an Alpha’s woman like this in front of so many powerful guests, not without fear.

Before anyone else could react, Ravyn took a step forward. His face stayed composed, though irritation flashed briefly in his eyes. “Corvine.” His voice was steady. “This is a matter between she-wolves.” His sharp gaze settled on the former Beta. “What does it have to do with you?”

Deep down, Ravyn already knew he wasn’t going to like the answer. Still, he wasn’t too worried. Voren was right there. Surely the Alpha of the Grimroot Pack would back him up on this.
