Donald’s face was contorted with rage as he pointed at the garden he had once

Penelope pressed her lips together. Hans supervised it? Did that mean he was the one who faked it?
Donald covered his face and took a deep, shaky breath, trying to regain his composure.
“I’m sorry, I lost my temper.”
“Mr. Bishop, I still hope you can find it in you to believe in Edith.”
“She’s gone now. What’s past is past. I don’t want to talk about it anymore.”

“The painting I borrowed from you, I’ll return it as soon as possible.”
