Chapter 1175
Omniva Group.
Inside Dylan’s office, staff hurried in and out, frantically arranging things.
No one knew what their boss was up to.
They only knew he hadn’t stopped smiling all morning.
That was when Jude Wilder strolled in.
He still held a small amount of shares in Omniva Group.
Since he was passing by, he figured he’d drop in.
The moment he stepped into Dylan’s office, the elaborate setup caught his eye. “Dylan, what’s all this? If I didn’t know better, I’d say you were getting ready to confess your love.”
Dylan coughed awkwardly. “I have a client coming over.”
Jude didn’t overthink it. He didn’t even grab a glass of water before turning to leave. “Just passing through. Since you’re busy, I won’t bother you. Let’s grab a drink some other time.”
“Sure.”
Dylan didn’t try to stop him.
After saying goodbye, Jude walked out and bumped into someone carrying a massive bouquet of roses by the elevators.
It had an intricate greeting card attached, clearly meant for someone special.
Jude raised an eyebrow, his curiosity piqued.
“Are those for Mr. Wilder?” he asked.
The delivery guy nodded.
Jude casually flipped open the card.
The moment he read the name, all the color drained from his face, replaced by a storm of fury.
He kept his composure in front of the delivery guy, flipping the card back closed. “Alright, I won’t hold you up. Take them in.”
As soon as the elevator doors shut, Jude frantically dialed Seth’s number.
Seth was currently at the market, carefully picking out the shrimp Noreen loved.
When he answered, his tone was flat. “Busy.”
Jude was panicking. “You’re about to lose your girl and you’re busy?!”
“What are you talking about?”
Jude practically screamed the details of his discovery into the phone.
Even through the speaker, Jude could feel the freezing drop in Seth’s voice. “Go
back up there and trash his office. I’ll give you a month of paid vacation.”
Jude was stunned.
He was asking him to put his life on the line.
But…
A month off was incredibly tempting. What should he do?
Seth didn’t wait for an answer; he just hung up.
He wanted to call Noreen. He wanted to ask if she was going to see Dylan, to demand why she had lied to him.
But then

His eyes landed on the crabs in his shopping cart.
A dark glint flickered in his gaze.
As Noreen’s car neared Omniva Group, she received a text from Seth.
It was a photo.
His index finger was bleeding.
Noreen’s heart lurched. She immediately called him to ask what happened.
Seth sounded completely unfazed.
“Got pinched by a crab while,
cleaning The cut isn’t deep m fine, don’t worry about it.”
How could she not worry?
“I’m coming over right now.”
Noreen hung up and ordered her driver to turn the car around, heading straight for Seth’s apartment.
Meanwhile, Jude was having a much harder time.
Trashing the office himself was out of the question.
He needed another way.
While he lacked brilliant corporate strategies, he was a genius when it came to underhanded schemes.
His eyes darted around as a devious idea formed in his mind.
He coolly sent a text to Crystal Chelsea.
His tone was perfectly nonchalant.
ya?
“Crystal, did you and Dylan make I just saw him preparing a huge bouquet of roses. Should I be expecting a wedding invitation soon?”
Crystal lost her mind the second she read the text.
She didn’t even bother replying to Jude; she just rushed straight to Omniva Group like a woman possessed.
Jude waited until he saw her storming into the building before breathing a sigh of relief and texting Seth.
“Don’t forget my thirty days off, Seth!”
Sure, he hadn’t smashed the office with his own hands, but he had found someone
to do it for him!
