Neither Celeste nor Trevor minded, and they brought Kieran along as well.

After getting into the car, the staff member receiving them smiled and asked Celeste, “Why didn’t Mr. Yoder come with you?”

“He’s on another business trip. He’ll arrive later.”

Celeste, Kieran, and Trevor entered the elevator together. Celeste and Trevor’s rooms were on the same floor, while Kieran’s was not.

So, Kieran got off the elevator first, leaving only Celeste and Trevor inside.

The two of them glanced at each other.

When Celeste met his gaze, she quickly looked away. Trevor also remained silent.

When the elevator reached their floor, and they stepped out, Trevor suddenly spoke. “Good night.”

Celeste said nothing. She just dragged her luggage behind her toward her room. Then she swiped her card and entered her room.

At that moment, Matthias had just gotten off the plane.

Zachary had other arrangements, and since they still had other activities to attend to the next day and needed to wake up early, Celeste simply put down her luggage, washed up, and went to bed.

The next morning, after waking up, she contacted Matthias. After getting ready, she left her room.

Matthias was staying on the same floor.

Just as Celeste stepped out of her room, he happened to come out as well.

Seeing her, he smiled and said, “Prof said he might not be able to join the debate. He told us not to wait for him.”

Celeste nodded. She was just about to respond when Trevor also walked toward the elevator from the other side.

Trevor then separated from them.

representatives from the

organizers were either friends or

acquaintances of Zachary.

So, shortly after they arrived, many people came over to speak with them.

industries at once.

Both Celeste and Matthias were delighted. They actively exchanged greetings and conversations with these prominent figures.

Although Zachary had previously said that he might not attend, he still came halfway through the event.
