Jordyn had been staying at the Rodriguez residence for the past few days. She showed no intention of leaving, even on the weekends.

Trevor hadn’t said anything about coming to pick her up either.

Not long ago, Celeste had submitted another paper to a top-tier international journal.

It passed review with ease and was scheduled for official publication early Sunday morning.

But she didn’t stay up waiting. She went to bed early on Saturday night.

When she woke up the next morning and turned on her phone, it was flooded with missed calls and messages.

Celeste glanced through them and returned Matthias’s call first.

He picked up almost immediately. “You’re awake.”

Celeste hummed a response.

“You probably know why I called. Your latest paper caused quite a stir right after publication. Congratulations,” he said with a smile.

“Thank you.”

Matthias was genuinely happy for her and had just wanted to congratulate her personally. They didn’t chat for long before hanging up.

Celeste then went through the rest of her missed calls and messages, replying one by one.

Soon after, Beck, Kieran, Caleb, Bryson, and others all called her to offer their congratulations to her. Celeste thanked each of them politely.

Then reporters from major media outlets reached out, wanting to interview her. She spent quite some time speaking with them and arranging possible schedules.

It took her more than an hour to finish the arrangements.

Jordyn had woken up earlier than Celeste. When she saw her mother busy with the calls, she quietly stayed out of the way.

Although she had been staying at the Rodriguez residence these past few days, Trevor still called her every day-as he did now.

“There are so many people calling Mom. She’s really busy,” Jordyn said.

On the other end, Trevor simply responded with a hum and chatted with her a bit before hanging up.

The Lockets and Shaws only learned that Celeste had published another paper that morning and that once again, it had caused a sensation.

Celeste’s publications had earned her extremely high praise from experts both domestically and internationally this time as well.
