Earlier, Wynn had said she would be going out later with Trevor.
But more than an hour passed before she finally came downstairs-wearing pajamas, her makeup completely removed.
Linda was surprised and couldn’t help asking, “Wynn, you’re not going out anymore?”
Wynn’s expression was blank. “Trevor had something come up last minute. We’re not going out.”

Seeing Celeste calling, she answered happily, “Mom!”
Trevor happened to be the one picking her up today. Hearing Jordyn call her mother, he glanced over.
Whatever Celeste said on the phone made Jordyn tense up. “Okay, I understand. I’ll go right now.”
“What’s wrong?” Trevor asked, noticing her anxious expression.
“Mom said Granny is sick. She’s in the hospital right now. She wants me to go see her.”
Trevor paused at that.
Jordyn said, “Dad, let’s go to the hospital first, okay?”
“Alright.”
Half an hour later, they arrived at the hospital.
Once they were inside, Trevor called Celeste. “Jo and I are here. Where are you?”
Celeste didn’t expect him to come, but she didn’t have the energy to think about it. So, she told him the exact location.
A moment later, Trevor and Jordyn spotted Celeste and the other members of the Rodriguez family outside the emergency room.
The Rodriguez family was surprised to see him.
But with Betty still in the emergency room with her condition unknown, no one had the mind to care why he was here. They merely glanced at
