Narcissa was so stunned that her mind went completely blank. “What… What did you say?”

Quentin, Jorge, and Kieran were just as shocked, their faces filled with disbelief.

Narcissa and Quentin both stared blankly at Wynn.

“She helped them financially and even paid for both of her children’s education. So, Cel’s mother and Ms. Locket’s mother essentially grew up together.

“The Rodriguez family helped the Shaw family time and time again. Yet in the end, the Shaw family repaid their kindness by betraying them.

“They interfered in the marriage of the very daughter whose family had helped them. And to secure their position, they resorted to every. means possible driving her insane and even taking over the Rodriguez family’s assets.

Matthias looked directly at Wynn, his expression dripping with sarcasm. “Ms. Locket; what should I call your family? Not only is your family’s lack of gratitude hereditary, but apparently so is being the other woman.”

He let out another mocking laugh. “Your family certainly has quite a collection of ‘fine qualities.’ Honestly, I’ve never seen a family as shameless as yours. You’ve really opened my eyes.”
