The priest handed them the rings to exchange.

As they exchanged rings, he announced that they were now husband and wife.

The entire hall erupted in applause, cheering for the newlywed couple.

Ava bit her bottom lip as tears of joy filled her eyes. She felt someone pat her shoulder. When she turned around, she saw Luke.

“I don’t know. It’s her private matter. We’re not close enough to share each other’s private lives,” Stephen replied, glancing at Ava and Luke.

Ian overheard everything his friends were discussing.

He couldn’t understand why he was getting so mad. All he wanted was to move over and snatch Ava away from Luke.
