Chapter 731
Kaylee:
For a brief moment, I had my whole world back.
Graham stood in front of me, and he told me he would accept me.
I was so overwhelmed that I completely forgot about Elgin.
I was ready to be accepted by Graham again.
I threw my arms around him.
Then a video started playing.
Every ounce of my dignity shattered as I watched it.
It showed how desperately I had been trying to please Elgin.
Everybody was laughing at me.
I felt so exposed.
Mathew wasn’t laughing, and I couldn’t understand why.
Then it hit me.
Maybe Elgin had put him up to it.
Maybe he had never trusted me to begin with.
The humiliation wasn’t over. Something even worse happened.
That first video still made me look like the victim, but this one was different. It was Penny’s confession.
Then I realized who had the video.
My eyes shifted to Graham. Just the thought of it made me hyperventilate.
“You did it,” I asked, stepping away from him.
Graham tilted his head and walked over to Elgin, stopping beside him.
“This is the one you wanted to make your Luna Queen?” Graham asked Elgin, pointing at me.
Elgin, who had looked completely embarrassed until now, suddenly smiled.
They both stared at me while I couldn’t even bring myself to turn around and face the crowd.
“It’s a lie,” I shouted, pointing at the screen. “Just fucking stop it. Why are you all watching a woman be humiliated?”
I turned to face the crowd.
“Don’t you see what these men are doing? They are Alphas. They secretly recorded their Lunas, and now they’re displaying those videos for your entertainment.”
I cried as I dropped to my knees.
That was when I snapped at Silver.
I watched her look back at me with the same expression I had worn when she had fallen to her knees.
It felt like a painful realization that everything I had done to others was finally coming back to me.
“Oh, so now you’re realizing that a woman is getting humiliated?” someone in the crowd called, likely pointing out my hypocrisy because I had been more than happy when Silver was the one being humiliated.
I should have known people would have their gotcha moment.
“This is a lie,” I said, pointing back at the screen.
Now the screen showed only me.
It captured my live reaction along with everyone else’s, while a small window replayed the clip of me with cum on my face over and over again.
That tiny screen kept looping the video, humiliating me.
I scanned the crowd and spotted my father hiding his face as he tried to run away, only for the warriors to catch him.
The same thing that had happened to Silver and her father was now happening to me, but mine was worse.
I wasn’t just being condemned for having a sex tape.
I was also being exposed as a murderer.
And Penny was the one confessing against me.
“A dying woman would never lie.”
Then a voice rang out, so confident that goosebumps spread across my skin.
I turned toward the stage and saw who was walking onto it.
It was none other than Madeline, with Ron and some fucking rogue princess beside
her.
I gasped and pointed at her.
“Arrest her! She’s a Grey Wolf!” I shouted.
No one moved.
They were all afraid of her.
People even backed
from the sta
They didn’t want her to unleash her wolf and start killing everyone, even though I could tell they wanted to arrest her.
Elgin had planned something for her, yet here she was, boldly showing herself, looking so cocky.
My head snapped toward Elgin and Graham, and I saw the way they were looking at her.
“Madeline.”
The way Elgin’s voice lit up when he said her name made something inside me break.
I wanted to die right there.
Why?
Why was it that even after becoming a monster, she still commanded such respect whenever someone looked at her?
“But like I said, a dying person never lies. And this isn’t the only confession video.”
As she spoke, she rolled something

I realized it was some jewelry.
My heart started pounding in my temples.
I recognized the piece of jewelry immediately.
It belonged to me, something I had lost on a very specific day.
The fire in Madeline’s eyes terrified me.
I started backing away as she

completely confident.
“You know, it’s funny, Kaylee. I never really thought we were against each other,”
she commented, her eyes boring into mine.
Today, she stood on the stage with her loyal friends while I stood alone.
“Well, guess what? Your father was caught telling people, while he was completely.drunk, that he also killed Lord Eldon Such a sad thing. Why is that all of you kept killing coung leaders left and right, yet nobody ever figured it out?”
Madeline spoke with such confidence that no one dared interrupt her.
Not a single person shouted for her arrest.
That was how commanding her presence was, and I hated it.
This was unfair.
“You,” I said, pointing at her.
But I quickly lowered my hand.
Then Madeline turned her head toward the crowd.
“I did so much for all of you, you ungrateful people. But you disappointed me,” she
hissed.
Then she chuckled to herself.
“And you, you fucking bitch, you killed my husband.”
The way she declared it so loudly made even Silver snap her head up.
