She knew better than anyone that Celeste’s ability to spend so freely didn’t come from Matthias or Trevor.

Wynn’s heart sank at that thought. The light in her eyes dimmed, and the hand resting on the armrest tightened abruptly. Her good mood from earlier vanished in an instant.
