Quennel said nothing, his face a grim mask as he stared at her, his eyes blazing with fury.
He stood in silence for a moment before turning to leave, but Sandra’s relentless shouts followed him.

Sandra’s screams grew louder.

She truly hadn’t expected Hannah to remain so steadfast in her trust for Quennel, even after Sandra had laid everything bare.
She thought the evidence she held was enough to completely destroy him, but it had turned out to be useless.

Quennel walked further away, but the shouting behind him didn’t stop, clinging to
