She took a step forward, poking Lionel hard in the chest, and said, word by word,
“Let me tell you, after what you said to Hannah today, seeing her again will be next to impossible, you know that p>
Sandra exhaled sharply in frustration and stormed upstairs, having no desire to deal with him any longer.
Thinking back on their time together recently, Sandra found herself wondering about something: who was the real lovesick fool, Hannah or her?

He was crazy. This man was completely and utterly insane. If she kept trying to advise him, she was afraid she might just kill herself out of sheer rage.

Otherwise, how would she have gotten caught up in this mess?

But now, she had lost all means of fighting back against them.
Owen, who had been her source of information, was now missing, his whereabouts unknown. For all she knew, Quennel might have already tortured him to death.
These thoughts made Sandra even more agitated. She reached her room, kicked the door open in anger, and then slammed it shut behind her with a loud bang.
