Hannah, however, didn’t say a word. She simply picked up the coffee a servant had prepared, and took a leisurely sip. She seemed as relaxed as if she were admiring a work of art, in no hurry to hear what they had to say.

Seeing Hannah’s indifference, even Sandra started to feel anxious.

“Lio… Lionel, don’t you have something to say to Hannah? She’s here now. What are you just standing there for? Say it! I’m in so much pain, I just want to go back home. Hurry up and talk to her p>

When Lionel remained silent, Sandra couldn’t help but shout at him.

Her outburst made Hannah raise an eyebrow, a thoughtful look on her face.

Sandra flinched at his choice of words. It was as if he was talking about capturing a criminal to present to his master.

Though his words stung, Sandra decided not to argue about it. It was pointless.

More importantly, she could sense that Hannah had lost interest in her. All Hannah wanted was a divorce. So, it was probably best for her to say as little as possible.

As this thought crossed Sandra’s mind, a dark glint appeared in her eyes, and a bold idea began to form.

She lowered her gaze slightly, her eyes darting to the side to give Lionel a meaningful look.

He wasn’t going to protect her anymore, so why should she stick to his script? Besides, she was free now. It was time for her to start looking out for herself.
