Nash asked, “Do you really need to team up with her?”
“I believe in her potential.”
“Are you sure this isn’t just about having a problem with Miranda?” Nash pressed further.
Nina hesitated, considering that her multiple kidnappings might have been orchestrated by Miranda.
She was not sure whether to tell Nash. He might side with Miranda. Without concrete evidence, it would be baseless accusations, so she kept quiet.

Nash frowned, worried she might do something reckless. “Don’t go stirring up trouble with Miranda, alright?”
