Scarlett coughed up blood, grabbing Sawyer’s pant leg. “The antidote…”

He intended to kill Scarlett.
She was stunned that the antidote was a lie.
“You…you tricked me!” The light faded from her eyes. Summoning all her strength, she fought off Sawyer’s hand and quickly pulled out a knife, aiming for his eye. Sawyer dodged, but not before his face was slashed.
