Micah had many people with him, but Nash saw an opportunity with Ivy. He pointed his gun at Ivy’s head. “Don’t move. Take me to Nina!”

“Do you really think you can take Nina away once you find her?” Ivy’s lips curled into a mocking smile, her eyes showing disdain.
Nash wasn’t interested in arguing. He grabbed Ivy’s shoulder with one hand while keeping his gun trained on her with the other, constantly scanning the surroundings. Ivy was his best leverage. Ivy’s contempt was genuine. With a wave of her hand, Nash suddenly smelled a fragrance filling the air.
Nash hadn’t expected this move, but he kept the gun pressed to her head.
Ivy smiled coldly. “Nash, even if you can hold out for a while, the poison in your body and my powder will weaken you soon enough. You can’t resist.”
As she silently counted to herself, “One, two, three…”
