“How about we have dinner together later?” Nina invited her.
“Sure, I would love to have dinner with you.”
Eve was quite happy. She had not expected Nina to forgive her so quickly. She still figured that even if she said a bunch of nice things, it might not necessarily guarantee forgiveness from Nina. It was already after work hours.
