Nash reassured her, “Don’t worry, their drama series won’t make it to TV.”
Miranda felt a sense of satisfaction, “Nash, you’re so sharp. You found a flaw that kept them off the air.”

But Miranda was immersed in her love for him and continued, “I talked to my dad, and we should have dinner together sometime.”

“I’ll check with him and let you know.”
Meanwhile, in the chief’s office, Nina asked again, “Chief, is there really no chance for us to get on TV?”
The chief sighed, “You know our review process is very strict. The standards for TV are high, and your series doesn’t meet them.”
Nelly, growing more desperate, pleaded, “Chief, we need to be on TV. We’ve invested everything into this drama. If there are issues, we can fix them, just give us a chance.”

“If you continue, I’ll have to ask you to leave,” the chief said firmly.
Nina stepped in, “So, we can’t be on TV, right?”
The chief nodded, “That’s correct.”
“Then can we release it as a web series?” Nina suggested.
“That’s possible,” the chief agreed. “Web series don’t have the same stringent standards, and your series is well-suited for that format.”
Nelly protested, “No, it can’t be a web series! We didn’t invest so much for it to end up online.”
Nina gently held Nelly’s hand, “Thank you, Chief. We understand.”
Nelly was still distressed and followed Nina out of the office.
“Why didn’t you let me continue? We might have had a chance,” Nelly said with her voice breaking.
“When have you ever seen the chief’s decisions change?” Nina reminded her. “Web series are our second option. We don’t have to follow the traditional path. Think about our audience-young people aren’t glued to TV screens. Web series can reach them just as well.” This calmed Nelly slightly, though she remained stubborn, “But it’s not as prestigious as being on TV.”
“Nelly,” Nina said, looking her in the eye, “Let go of your bias. If the series is good, it will succeed anywhere. Don’t doubt yourself.”
Nelly, facing the reality of the situation, reluctantly accepted the new plan.
